Vice Mayor BK Kua rallied the youth to become active champions in the fight against illegal drugs during the city’s Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week at the West Central Elementary School covered court. Addressing a packed gathering for the “Barkada Kontra Droga” event, he emphasized that protecting the youth is a unified mission for the entire community.
Kua directly challenged attendees to move beyond being mere spectators and to instead become ambassadors for a healthy life. He empowered them to resist peer pressure, make informed decisions, and embody the “Barkada Kontra Droga” spirit in their daily lives.
