An Ordinance prohibiting the maltreatment, killing, selling, or offering for sale of any dog and cat for food, the storing or offering of dog and cat meat for sale within the City of Dagupan, the transporting of dog and cat meat to and from the city and providing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.
