An Ordinance allowing the temporary closure of Galvan street (up to corner Nueva street), Jovellanos Extension, Zamora street (up to corner Jovellanos street) and in front of City Museum on November 25, 2022 to January 30, 2023 in celebration of the ‘Pasko Ed Dagupan’ and to enter into contracts in relation thereto as an effective means of spurring economic activity and enlivening local tourism.
