In a powerful display of unity for the future of education, Vice Mayor Bryan Kua joined forces with the Dagupan Federation of Parents and Teachers Association (DFPTA) for the PTA Summit 2026 held on January 20 at the Jimmy L. Fernandez Center. The event served as a vital forum for parents and teachers to exchange strategies on modern challenges, such as online learning and fostering a culture of reading at home, to better understand the “learners of today”.
Highlighting the city’s commitment to progress, the Vice Mayor pledged the local government’s full support in improving school facilities and providing essential learning equipment. He emphasized that the partnership between the LGU and the DFPTA is the cornerstone of a better learning environment, vowing that the city remains a dedicated ally in every educational program and initiative.
