A new era of efficient governance was showcased as Vice Mayor Dean Bryan Kua and the Sangguniang Panlungsod presented their First 100 Days Report at a special session in CSI Stadia. Highlighting unprecedented productivity, the council passed 32 ordinances and 175 resolutions, culminating in the historic early approval of the 2026 Annual Budget- the earliest in Dagupan’s history. Mayor Belen T. Fernandez also presented her report, underscoring a powerful and united leadership.
This strengthened partnership between the City Council and the Mayor’s Office has turned “Pamilya at Puso” into tangible progress. With no delays and a shared vision, Dagupan is building a brighter and more prosperous future for all.
